ABC News · Oct 12, 1:30 PM CT

ABC News reported that the archbishop who oversees Catholic pastoral services for the U.S. military is condemning the proposed livestream of Nidal Hasan's firing squad execution.
The same report said that Archbishop Timothy Broglio, who oversees the Catholic Church’s pastoral services to Catholics in the U.S. military, is condemning the proposed livestream of the firing squad execution of Nidal Hasan.
It also noted that Broglio, in a statement Monday, also stipulated that any Catholic soldier assigned to the U.S.
The account added that Army firing squad should ask to be excused from that duty, which he described as contrary to the teachings of the church.
The Buffalo Brief wrote this from the public report by ABC News. Nothing was added past what that report said.
