Storm Rachel batters Southern California, brings flooding to Las Vegas

BBC Science reported that Large waves from the post-tropical cyclone battered homes in Long Beach, and brought flooding to parts of Las Vegas near the famed Strip.

The same report said that Large waves from Post-Tropical Cyclone Rachel battered homes across Southern California over the weekend, leaving some properties at risk of collapse.
